Acceptance of orders, returns and refunds policy

I aim to be as fair and reasonable as I can. Please be fair to me too.

Some well-known large retailers accept items for return and refund without question but that is their policy and not a statutory right. If you simply don't like an item then please bear in mind that it costs me in time and sometimes money to receive it back and I may not be able to sell it as new if it has been removed and replaced in its packaging.

If there is a problem with an item then please contact me. I'll try to resolve any problem as quickly and fairly as possible.

I sometimes make mistakes with pricing or listings. I will usually honour these for smaller sales, but it's another common misconception that the retailer is always obliged to honour mistakes. It is my policy to simply refund any money paid if a significant mistake has been made with the price or description.
