UK Postage

Regular policy is below, special Christmas considerations are here.

I try to keep items in stock and do a daily dispatch.

I almost always dispatch within one working day, and usually the same day for orders placed before lunch. For UK I use Royal Mail first class which is usually next-day delivery. For Europe and the rest of the world, please see below.

Postage is added and combined automatically when you click 'Add to cart'. In an ideal world, I would charge postage at cost, but for convenience with e-ordering I use the following table. If you spend more than £100 I will pay the postage.

Europe and the rest of the world

I can't post wheels, drum carders or looms outside of the UK because the shipping cost makes it prohibitive.

With apologies to the rest of the world, I have reluctantly had to stop posting anything overseas.

If you're outside the UK, please don't order, I'll have to return your money.

VAT

As from 1 Dec 2010 I have a VAT number. If you are not vat registered then it's simple; the price you see is the price you pay.

If you are registered and using the equipment for your business, then my prices include VAT and you may be able to get 20% back.
